Location
The entire Blue Lagoon Cruises range has been purpose built for the ocean going conditions of the Fiji waters, particularly around the Yasawa Islands. Whilst, we do not get a great number of rough seas, we believe it is important to have a vessel that safely transports our passengers. Other cruise lines do not sail as far around the northern Yasawa islands because their vessels are not as suitable for ocean going conditions. Unfortunately for passengers who do not sail with Blue Lagoon Cruises it means potentially missing out on some of the best cruising locations in the world!

Accommodation
Blue Lagoon Cruises operates 3 vessels. The MV Mystique Princess (36 spacious, beautifully appointed air-conditioned deluxe staterooms) and the MV Fiji Princess (34 air-conditioned deluxe cabins, great public spaces and a swimming pool). The vessels provide a more relaxed atmosphere and include the MV Nanuya Princess (only 26 cabins on the ship so there is a relaxing sense of space, with ocean views through your deck windows or porthole).

Dining & Entertainment
Every Blue Lagoon Cruise incorporates a range of dining experiences and five meals a day! In the dining saloon a four course A la Carte captain’s dinner and spectacular Seafood Buffet are served. Morning and afternoon teas or lunch is often served ashore, under swaying palms by turquoise lagoons. Each evening we enjoy cocktails and canapés at sunset and on our final evening there is a traditional Fijian feast cooked in a “Lovo” or earth oven, consumed under the stars, amongst the coconut palms in one of the worlds the most pristine locations.

Facilities
Our crew is our most prized possession. They are the people who make a good cruise great! At Blue Lagoon Cruises, we also feel it is critical to ensure that passengers have the opportunity to fully experience the authentic, genuine friendliness and helpfulness of the Fijian people. Therefore, we staff all our vessels with only Fijian crew. They are skilled at attending to passenger’s every desire and are always ready for an impromptu singalong. Other Fijian cruise lines utilize a greater proportion of expatriates. But for us at Blue Lagoon cruises – you haven’t seen the real Fiji until you have met these Fijian people!

Activities
Activities abound and include sail boarding, swimming, sunbathing, spy boarding, paddle boarding, fishing, bush and beach walks, volleyball or simply relaxing.

Diving
Scuba Diving is available on all cruises with all arrangements and documentation completed at check-in. Certification ID is required. A "Discover Scuba" course is also available with pre warning. A new offer to meet the growing demand of worldwide dive enthusiasts, Blue Lagoon has partnered with West-Side Watersports to offer dives. Highly recommended by Rodales & Sport Diver magazine this is perfect for the diver & a non-diving partner who want an excellent holiday together.

Eco-Adventure
With only three scheduled cruises each year the Historical and Cultural Cruise takes passengers on a journey through the rich history and diverse cultures of the Fiji Islands for seven days and six nights. These unique cruises take you through an incredible journey including seeing Melanesian, Micronesian and Polynesian cultures, the rare opportunity to visit the islands of Rabi and Kioa. In Savusavu, we will take you to a working Coconut Plantation and also visit the J Hunter Pearl farm. A visit to the Historic Catholic Mission and the 180th Meridian in Taveuni. The "Gadern Island of Fiji" offers an afternoon swim at the world-famous Bouma Waterfalls.

With more and more families bringing younger children on their Blue Lagoon Experience, we have introduced sensational 2 cabin family rates for 2 adults & 3 children. In addition under 2 years are now FREE making this a great option for the family. The crew are outstanding with the little ones with special mealtimes, cots & highchairs available. During school holidays we also have a kids captain onboard organizing daily activities.

Spa Facilities
On all cruises the Lagoon Spa offers relaxation and indulgence. Using time honoured Fijian treatment methods and ingredients, the spa therapists have a range of services to rejuvenate and pamper. Individuals may select facial or full body treatments, manicures, pedicures, aromatherapy massage or spa packages: for the romantically inclined there are special "His and Hers" options and a unique preparation for the bride-to-be.
